Do leads expire?
No. Once you reveal a lead, it's yours permanently — it moves to your archive but you never lose access to the contact information.
How does the tipping-point ranking work?
Our algorithm analyzes the professional network graph for your industry. Leads are ranked by how many of your existing customers are already connected to them — the closer a prospect is to your customer cluster, the warmer the lead. We do not expose the underlying network connections.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment by check or PO/invoice. After your account is approved, you'll receive an invoice via email with mailing instructions. Credit card billing via Stripe is coming soon.
Can I use the API to keep my customer list current?
Yes. The API accepts customer list pushes up to 24 times per day (once per hour). When new customers are matched and rankings shift, new leads are auto-revealed up to your credit balance. Note: API usage reveals leads automatically, which consumes credits faster.
What's in the customer data I upload?
Upload a CSV with columns: Name, Email, Phone, NPI (optional). We use this to match your customers to provider profiles in our network. Your data is stored securely and never shared.
